Policies

Booking policy:
In order to hold an appointment, you will be required to place a valid credit/debit card on file. The card will not be charged at the time of booking. The card on file will only be charged if the cancellation/no show policies are not honored. You may use any form of payment at the time of checkout.

Late policy :
There is a 7 minute grace period from the time your appointment starts. If you are not in the suite by the 7 minute mark, your appointment will be marked as a no-show & you will be charged a no-show fee.

Cancellation policy:
Any appointment cancelled less than 24 hours from your scheduled appointment start time will be charged a fee of 50% of your service price.

No Show Policy:
If you no call/no show your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your service price. If the charge does not go through, you will be blocked from booking future appointments. Furthermore, if you no show 2 appointments, you will be blocked from booking future appointments.

COVID 19 Policy:
Masks will be optional in the suite! Only one person will be serviced in the suite at a time. Sorry..no guests! I am spacing time between appointments to ensure the room can be properly sanitized & disinfected in between appointments.

Communication is key:
